We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, worn activewear cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at mparpalac@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
